By this consent, being informed by the explanations herein that — within the scope of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce — commercial electronic messages will be sent to me by “Bonair Havacılık Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş.” in accordance with the relevant laws for the announcement, promotion and advertising of various products-services and general-special opportunities, that I may change my communication preferences at any time and may stop the communication by exercising my right of refusal without giving any reason (without prejudice to the continuation of communications that are possible or mandatory under the laws), and on all other related matters; I consent to the Company sending me commercial electronic messages through the contact information I have provided in order to keep me informed of all kinds of campaigns, service promotions, advertisements, promotions, marketing and membership transactions, announcements and all kinds of notifications, and to convey celebrations and good wishes, and — for the preparation and sending of these messages — to the transfer of my personal data to the domestic and international data centres of the business/solution partner companies with which the Company has agreements for these operations.
