Pursuant to Article 11 (“Rights of the Data Subject”) of the Law, as a data subject, by applying to Bonair Havacılık in writing or via other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if your personal data has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad; request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and request that this be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred; request the erasure or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legislation, and request that this be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems; and request compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

The requests in your application will be concluded by Bonair Havacılık free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the procedure entails an additional cost for Bonair Havacılık, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

8. Exercising Rights, Application and Contact

You may submit your requests regarding the rights set out above under the Law by completing the Data Controller Application Form prepared for this purpose fully and completely and signing it with a wet signature, and delivering it in person to the address “Şenlikköy Mah. Orman Sk. No:10, 34153 Bakırköy / İstanbul”, or sending it via notary public or the other methods specified in the Law.
